When you are boring or honing cylinders, you need to simulate the actual stress they will be under when bolted to the engine. This George's Garage cylinder torque plate kit is designed for 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam models with stock to 4.060-inch bores. By using the OEM bolt pattern, these plates prevent the cylinder walls from distorting during the machining process. This ensures that once the cylinders are actually installed on your bike, the bores remain perfectly round, leading to better ring seal and improved engine longevity. This set is sold as a kit.
