About This Product
S&S 450S camshaft. It gives .475 inches of valve lift on Panheads and .453 inches of lift on Shovelheads. Use it in engines up to 88 inches with compression ratios up to 8.5:1. It fits 1948 to 1965 Panhead and 1966 to 1969 early Shovelhead models. This cam is primarily for hydraulic lifters, though it will run with solids if you prefer. It is a bolt-in grind that does not need extensive head work. Good low and midrange torque.
