They follow the original equipment style for tappet guides, making them an excellent replacement for OEM numbers 18622-85B and 18623-85B. S&S includes the necessary gaskets and 12-point style mounting screws to ensure you have everything needed for a professional installation. These blocks fit 1984 to 1999 Evo Big Twins and provide the structural integrity and precision required for reliable valve train operation.
