Replacing wristpin bushings does not have to be a major teardown if you have the right tool. This George's Garage wristpin bushing driver allows you to remove and install new bushings without having to pull the connecting rods out of the crankcase. It is incredibly efficient, often allowing you to swap both bushings in under five minutes. This tool fits 1936 to 1999 Big Twins (excluding Twin Cams), 1952 to 2022 K-models and Sportsters, 1987 to 2010 Buells, and even 1929 to 1973 45-inch Flatheads. It is a massive time-saver for any shop performing top-end overhauls on vintage or modern Sportster and Big Twin engines.
