About This Product
George's Garage pinion gear locking tool holds the pinion gear steady on 1954 to 1999 Big Twin models. It does not fit Twin Cam engines. Lock the gear with this tool before you loosen or torque the pinion nut. Do not rely on the transmission or the rear brake to hold the engine. That loads the flywheels and can shift the timing marks. Use the locking tool and protect the bottom end.
