About This Product
This mini single fire coil from MCS is a great upgrade for riders looking to smooth out their engine's performance. Finished in black, it features a 3.0 Ohm primary resistance and is capable of over 40,000V output. Unlike dual fire systems that fire both plugs at once, this single fire coil fires each cylinder independently on its compression stroke, which can reduce vibration and improve power, especially at higher RPMs. It fits 1965 to 1999 Big Twins and 1965 to 2003 Sportsters equipped with custom single fire electronic ignitions. It includes brass terminals and cooling fins for better heat dissipation. This part replaces OEM 516818.
