About This Product
MCS pinion seal ring spring. It keeps tension on the seal in the cam cover. It fits 1936 to 1969 OHV Big Twins, including Knuckleheads, Panheads, and Shovelheads. It also fits 1939 to 1973 45" Sidevalve models. It replaces OEM part number 24699-37. Sold as a set of 10. Without correct spring tension the seal leaks and you lose oil pressure. These are small parts that disappear into the crankcase when you drop them. Stock a handful in your service tray.
