About This Product
MCS zinc-plated steel inner shifter lever shaft. Replaces OEM 34015-91. Fits 1991 to 2003 5-speed XL Sportsters except 1999 883C and 1200C. The shaft engages the shifter arm with cut splines. The zinc plating keeps it from rusting in the primary where it sits in the oil mist. When the splines round off your shifts go sloppy. Fit this and the lever bites again. Check the seal surface for pitting before you install it.
