About This Product
This is the JIMS tappet pump test stand. It pressurises tappets with oil on the bench. You find loose or spongy ones before they go in the motor. You spot inadequate sealing or a faulty tappet before it causes trouble in a running motor. It needs oil, compressed air, and a drill press to run. It fits 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam, 2017 to 2022 Milwaukee-Eight, 2000 to 2022 Sportster, 2008 to 2012 XR1200, and 2000 to 2010 Buell XB models. If you are testing Evolution tappets you will also need insert 962006.
