When a standard bushing just won't cut it due to wear in the transmission case, this +.005" oversized countershaft bushing is the solution. Designed for the starter side of 1937 to early 1976 Big Twin models, this loose roller type bushing provides a tighter fit in cases that have seen decades of use. It is based on the standard OEM 36046-36 and 2314-36 specifications but with the necessary extra material to compensate for housing wear. Using an oversized bushing like this can save a vintage transmission case from needing expensive machine work. It is sold individually and is a must-have for any serious vintage Harley transmission rebuild.
