About This Product
MCS thrust washer for the pinion shaft bearing. It fits 1940 to 1953 Big Twin models including Knucklehead and early Panhead engines. It replaces OEM 24703-40. Use fresh thrust washers during a bottom-end rebuild to set the correct end play on the pinion gear and bearing assembly. Lost end play causes premature wear. Sold as a set of five. You get enough to mic them and pick the best fit for your stack.
