About This Product
MCS front caliper piston and seal kit. It fits 2004 to 2006 XL Sportster models. It replaces OEM 42822-04. Part number 910454. The kit includes a new piston and seals. A pitted or scarred piston wrecks new seals quickly. Check the bore for corrosion before assembly. Fit the piston and seals together to refresh the caliper. Torque the mounting bolts to spec and bleed the brake thoroughly before you ride.
