This JIMS transmission tool is a versatile addition to any Harley mechanic's kit, designed for 2006 to 2017 Dyna, 2007 to 2026 Softail, and 2007 to 2026 FLT Touring models. It allows for the removal and installation of transmission trapdoor bearings and can even be used to pull the transmission door for replacement without tearing down the entire assembly. It is a significant time-saver for gearbox repairs. Note that the door bearings must be replaced whenever you use this tool to pull the door off the transmission case. It ensures a professional, damage-free service for modern 6-speed Cruise Drive transmissions.
