Replacing a leaky transmission seal is much easier with the right equipment, and this MCS main drive gear seal installation tool is built for exactly that. It is designed to install OEM 12074 and 12074A seals to the perfect factory depth every time. The tool includes a pilot to protect the seal during the process and is designed so that the seal can be installed while the transmission is still in the bike. It fits 2007 to 2026 Softail and Touring models, 2009 to 2026 Trikes, and 2006 to 2017 Dyna models. Identified by OEM number 925542, it is a professional-grade tool that saves significant labor time and ensures a leak-free result on modern six-speed transmissions.
