This S&S pushrod kit is the ideal solution for 1966 to 1984 Shovelhead owners looking to convert their stock hydraulic lifters to a solid setup. The kit includes four non-adjustable pushrods designed for standard 5.330-inch length cylinders, along with four adjustable solid lifter conversion adapters. Each pushrod is manufactured from high-strength 7/16-inch outside diameter chromoly steel tubing with heat-treated, pressed-in ends. This construction provides the maximum rigidity and durability needed for high-performance Shovelhead builds where valvetrain stability is paramount. By eliminating the hydraulic element, you get more direct valve actuation and a more traditional mechanical feel, all backed by S&S's legendary engineering. This set is sold as a kit.
