About This Product
These S&S adjustable chromoly pushrods are the perfect choice for riders maintaining the classic hydraulic setup on a 74-inch Panhead. Designed for 1953–1965 Panhead models, this set is intended for use with stock 1953–1965 hydraulic units. Each pushrod is crafted from 7/16-inch O.D. chromoly steel tubing with heat-treated steel ends for superior strength under load. Please note that you will need to re-use your original adjusting screw and locknut kit, as they are not included in this set. These pushrods are a direct replacement reference for OEM 18556-57 and are sold as a set, offering a significant upgrade in durability over stock components while maintaining factory-style operation.
