MCS chrome starter motor end cover. Replaces OEM 31535-91. Fits 1991 to 2006 Big Twin, excluding 2006 Dyna. It is chrome-plated steel. It replaces dull or pitted factory tinware on the primary side. It handles the heat and vibration in that area. Straight bolt-on fit.
