About This Product
This Jims pinion shaft nut socket is a specialized tool designed for the serious engine builder. It is used to remove the pinion drive gear nut from the pinion shaft on 1954 to 1992 Big Twin models. The socket features a 1/2-inch drive for use with your standard ratchets or torque wrenches. For a proper and safe job, it is recommended to use this in conjunction with the Jims pinion gear locking tool to keep everything stationary while you tighten or loosen the nut. This tool is a direct replacement for OEM 94555-55 and is essential for bottom-end work.
