About This Product
MCS primary chain adjuster bracket for the ironhead Sportster. It replaces OEM 39980-54. It fits 1954 through 1976 KH, XL, and XLH models. It also fits 1970 through 1977 XLCH models. This bracket carries the adjuster shoe and sets the primary chain tension. Check the mounting bosses on the inner primary for cracks before you bolt it on. Sold individually.
