This MCS throttle shaft is a high-quality replacement for 1-1/4 inch diameter Linkert carburetors, specifically M41, 42, 51, 52, and 54 models. It is designed to fit 1930 to 1952 45-inch WL and WLD models, excluding W and Servi-Cars, as well as 1942 to 1948 74-inch Flathead Big Twins. A worn throttle shaft can lead to vacuum leaks and an inconsistent idle, which are common headaches on older machines. By installing this precision-made shaft, you can restore smooth operation to your intake system. This part is a direct replacement for OEM 27275-24 and is built to withstand years of use.
