The Cometic EST (Extreme Sealing Technology) motor gasket kit is the professional choice for a complete engine overhaul. This set is designed for a 3.5-inch bore and includes every gasket, seal, and o-ring required for the job, including the primary gaskets. The kit features .040-inch thick Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gaskets that eliminate the need for dowel pin o-rings, and .020-inch Single Layer Steel (SLS) base and rocker gaskets coated with high-temperature Viton. These gaskets are engineered not to weep, tear, or become brittle. This set fits 1984 to 1986 Evolution 1340cc Big Twin 4-speed models and 1984 to 1988 Softail 4 and 5-speed models. It is sold as a set.
