When you're tearing down a 1992–1999 Evolution Big Twin for a bottom-up refresh, this Cometic EST motor-only gasket kit provides the professional-grade sealing you need. This kit is tailored for 3-1/2" bore engines and includes all necessary gaskets, seals, and o-rings for the motor, though it excludes primary gaskets. It features .040" Multi-Layer Steel head gaskets which are designed to eliminate dowel pin o-rings for a cleaner, more reliable seal. The base and rocker cover gaskets are constructed from .020" Single-Layer Steel with a Viton rubber coating, providing the strength required to prevent leaks and extrusion. From the non-fraying exhaust gaskets to the spring-loaded Viton valve seals, every component is built for durability and ease of installation.
