About This Product
Designed for vintage bikes with horseshoe-style oil tanks, this Cycle Electric 12-volt Low Output generator is engineered to protect your battery from heat-related failure. The built-in electronic regulator is tuned for a reduced charging voltage, which prevents the battery from boiling over in the high-temperature environment of an in-tank battery tray. This USA-made unit is a custom replacement for OEM 29975-65B and fits 1965 to 1969 Big Twin models and 1965 to 1981 Sportsters. It is also an excellent choice for 1936 to 1984 models undergoing a 12-volt conversion. It provides the perfect balance of modern solid-state reliability and battery protection for classic custom builds.
