About This Product
This Belt Drives Ltd optional diaphragm spring kit handles up to 150 horsepower. It fits the 588795 and 588796 Competitor balls clutches. The kit contains a heavy-duty diaphragm spring and seven 5/16-inch carbide steel lock-up balls. You run them with the stock balls in your existing clutch. They increase centrifugal force and stop slipping under load. For builds over 180 horsepower use kit 590772 instead. Sold as a kit.
