About This Product
KB Performance pop-up piston kit for 1979 to 1984 1340cc Shovelhead models. Plus .010 inch oversize. 9.5:1 compression. T6 heat-treated 390 hypereutectic cast aluminium with 16 per cent silicone. Sold as a set. The top compression ring needs extra clearance per the instructions. Roughly 30 per cent of stock Shovelhead cylinders need the oil return holes relocated lower to clear the wider ring pack and stop oil consumption.
