About This Product
Removing a pinion gear requires a tool that can handle significant force without damaging the shaft. This Fast Eddy pinion gear puller is built with a ball bearing tip to prevent marring the end of the pinion shaft during the pull. It uses a larger diameter, fine-pitch Class III thread for a tighter fit and a much stronger, more precise pull than standard tools. Constructed from thick, heat-treated steel, it is designed for the rigors of a professional shop. This puller fits 1939 to 1999 Big Twins (excluding Twin Cam) and 1957 to 2022 XL Sportsters. It is a robust, well-engineered solution for one of the tougher jobs in the cam chest.
