For riders wanting a beefier look and sound, these Zard slip-on mufflers feature a larger 4.5-inch diameter body. Handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel, they are coated in a matte black Cerakote finish capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1000 degrees Celsius. The set includes black aluminum end caps and is fully E5 homologated for street use, meeting EU regulation 134/2014. These are a direct bolt-on for 2017 to 2024 Touring models and require no re-mapping of the fuel injection or ignition. Sold as a pair, each muffler is stamped with its approval number, matching the included certificate. They offer a perfect balance of performance and compliance for modern long-haul touring.
