Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your behaviour and the content you post on the Iron Stable platform ("the Platform"), operated by SK Motorcycles Limited. This Policy applies to all user-generated content including feed posts, comments, photos, profile information, chapter communications, and any other content shared through the Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion.

Iron Stable is a community platform for Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiasts. You are encouraged to:

• Share motorcycle-related content, photos, and stories
• Record accurate service history, maintenance, and parts for your motorcycle
• Participate constructively in chapter feeds and discussions
• Plan and coordinate ride-outs and events through your chapter
• Share custom build progress and modifications
• Support and engage positively with other members of the community

You must not post, upload, or share any content that falls into the following categories:

Illegal Content

Any content that is unlawful under the laws of England and Wales, including but not limited to content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, content related to terrorism, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that incites violence.

Harassment and Abuse

Bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or any conduct intended to harass or cause distress to another person. This includes repeated unwanted contact, coordinated targeting of individuals, and sharing another person's private information without their consent (doxxing).

Hate Speech

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, including race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, gender reassignment, age, marriage or civil partnership status, pregnancy, or maternity.

Explicit or Adult Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or gratuitously violent material. Iron Stable is a motorcycle community platform and such content has no place here.

Spam and Commercial Solicitation

Unsolicited advertising, promotional material, multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, or commercial solicitation of any kind, unless expressly authorised by Platform administrators. This includes repeated posting of identical or substantially similar content.

Fraudulent Orders and Payment Abuse

Placing orders using stolen payment details, making fraudulent chargeback claims, systematically abusing returns or refund policies, or any other attempt to defraud the Iron Stable shop or its payment processors.

Impersonation

Pretending to be another user, dealer, manufacturer representative, chapter officer, or any other person or entity. This includes creating accounts that misleadingly suggest official status or affiliation.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Only upload content you own or have permission to share.

False or Misleading Records

Deliberately falsifying service records, maintenance history, mileage readings, provenance data, or any other factual information about a motorcycle. The integrity of Bike Data is fundamental to the Platform's purpose and fraudulent records undermine trust across the entire community.

Content on the Platform is moderated at two levels:

• Chapter level: Chapter directors and officers are responsible for moderating content within their chapter feeds and communications. They may remove content and report users to Platform administrators.
• Platform level: Platform administrators may review and remove any content across the Platform, suspend or ban user accounts, and take any other action necessary to enforce this Policy.

If you encounter content that you believe violates this Policy, please report it to your chapter officers or contact us at marketing@opusmotorgroup.co.uk.

Violations of this Policy will be addressed proportionately. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take the following actions:

1. Warning: A notice that your content or behaviour violates this Policy
2. Content removal: Removal of the offending content without further notice
3. Temporary suspension: Suspension of your account for a specified period
4. Permanent ban: Permanent removal from the Platform
5. Referral to law enforcement: For serious or illegal content, we will refer the matter to the appropriate authorities

We aim to apply enforcement consistently and fairly. If you believe action has been taken against your account in error, you may appeal by contacting us at marketing@opusmotorgroup.co.uk.

• Ensure the accuracy of any service records, maintenance data, or provenance information you add to the Platform
• Respect other users and engage in good faith
• Report content or behaviour that violates this Policy
• Maintain the security of your account and do not share your login credentials
• Comply with all applicable UK laws when using the Platform

The Platform provides tools for organising and coordinating ride-outs and events. Please note:

• Participation in ride-outs and motorcycle events involves inherent risks. Each participant is responsible for their own safety, the roadworthiness of their motorcycle, and compliance with road traffic laws.
• SK Motorcycles Limited and Iron Stable accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in ride-outs or events organised through the Platform.
• Chapter officers may require proof of valid insurance before approving ride-out RSVPs. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate insurance cover.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practice, or Platform features. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
