Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Iron Stable platform ("the Platform", "the Service") and the Iron Stable online shop, operated by Iron Stable Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17061294), with registered office at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, England, IP28 7DE ("we", "us", "our"). Order fulfilment is provided by SK Motorcycles Limited (trading as Iron City Motorcycles), an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer. Site code, design and system owned by Dale Gillespie.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• "Platform" — the Iron Stable web application and all associated services
• "User" — any individual who creates an account on the Platform
• "Content" — any text, images, photos, data, or other material uploaded or posted by Users
• "Bike Data" — information relating to a motorcycle including VIN, service history, parts fitted, and provenance records
• "VIN" — Vehicle Identification Number, the unique 17-character identifier for a motorcycle
• "Chapter" — a local Harley Owners Group (HOG) chapter registered on the Platform
• "Provenance" — the verified ownership and service history record attached to a motorcycle

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each individual may only hold one account.

Iron Stable provides two core services:

The Community Platform

A free digital platform for Harley-Davidson motorcycle owners, providing:

• A digital service logbook and ownership history for Harley-Davidson motorcycles
• Provenance records that track the complete history of a motorcycle across owners
• HOG chapter community features including feeds, ride-out planning, and chapter management
• A build gallery for sharing custom motorcycle builds

The community platform is provided free of charge with no subscription fees.

The Shop

An online shop at ironstable.app selling Harley-Davidson parts and accessories. The shop is operated by SK Motorcycles Limited, an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT. See the "Shopping & Orders" section below for full terms relating to purchases.

You retain ownership of all Content you upload to the Platform. By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, store, and reproduce your Content in connection with operating the Platform. This licence continues for as long as your Content remains on the Platform.

You warrant that you have the right to post any Content you upload and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Please note the site, code, design and domain are all the property of Dale Gillespie who currently operates the site with Iron City Motorcycles.

Important: On Iron Stable, the motorcycle (identified by its VIN) is the primary entity, not the User. This means:

• Service history, parts records, and provenance data are permanently attached to the motorcycle's VIN
• When ownership of a motorcycle is transferred, all historical records remain visible to the new owner and the public
• Previous owners retain read access to service records they created
• VIN-linked provenance data is intentionally public to support buyer confidence and resale value
• Deleting your account does not remove Bike Data associated with a VIN — it persists as part of the motorcycle's permanent record

By adding service records or other Bike Data to the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this data model. You should not add information to the Platform that you do not wish to be permanently associated with the motorcycle.

Chapter membership on the Platform is subject to approval by the relevant chapter director or officers. Chapter officers have the ability to manage members, moderate chapter content, and organise ride-outs within their chapter. Users must comply with chapter rules and Harley Owners Group guidelines when participating in chapter activities.

Iron Stable is not affiliated with or endorsed by Harley-Davidson Motor Company or Harley Owners Group Inc. HOG chapter features are provided as a community management tool only.

All Users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the rules for content and behaviour on the Platform. Key prohibitions include harassment, hate speech, illegal content, spam, impersonation, and deliberately falsifying service records or mileage data.

The Platform and shop use third-party services to operate, including Supabase (hosting and authentication), DigitalOcean (server infrastructure), Cloudflare (CDN, security, and static site hosting), Stripe (payment processing, including Link, Klarna, and Amazon Pay checkout options), Google Analytics (website analytics, with consent), and SendGrid (transactional email). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

The following terms apply to purchases made through the Iron Stable shop.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Link, Klarna, and Amazon Pay. Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never stored on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by SK Motorcycles Limited. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control. For full delivery information, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a faulty or misdescribed item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@ironstable.app.

The Iron Stable name, logo, design, and code are the property of Dale Gillespie. The website is operated by Iron Stable Ltd, with order fulfilment by SK Motorcycles Ltd (Iron City Motorcycles) and respective HOG Chapter directors. Harley-Davidson, HOG, Bar and Shield, and associated trademarks are the property of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and are used on this Platform for descriptive purposes only. All rights are reserved by their respective owners.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors
• Service records or provenance data submitted by users are accurate or complete
• The Platform is a substitute for official dealer or manufacturer records

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SK Motorcycles Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal profile data will be removed within 30 days
• Bike Data (service history, provenance records) will persist as it is attached to the motorcycle's VIN, not your account
• Chapter memberships will be cancelled
• Your posts and comments may be anonymised rather than deleted to maintain community context

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
