This JIMS 5-speed transmission rebuild kit is a master solution for 1980 to early 1984 5-speed Big Twin models. Designed to minimize downtime, this kit provides a one-stop shop for a complete transmission overhaul, including all the high-performance JIMS components and a full set of gaskets and seals. It is also compatible with JIMS and certain other aftermarket 1991 to 2006 style 6-speed transmissions. By using proven JIMS parts, you ensure that your gearbox shifts smoothly and reliably. Note that this kit is specifically for the early 5-speed units and will not fit factory 6-speed transmissions from 2006 and later.
