About This Product
JIMS balancer shaft retention plate for 2000 to 2017 Softail models. It locks into the balancer sprocket pin holes to stop the shaft turning when you are doing flywheel service. This keeps the balancers in sync with the flywheel and preserves engine timing. Use it whenever you are inside the bottom end of a counter-balanced Softail motor. It saves you from costly timing errors.
