The Army Surplus TF-2216 Hardshel jacket is a black hardshell. It uses a lightweight 3-layer shell with fully taped seams and a 10,000mm water column rating. The fabric breathes so you do not overheat under riding kit. It packs down small. Wear it as a mid-layer beneath your leather or as a standalone jacket when the rain is light but the wind is up.
