Progressive Suspension 422 Series heavy-duty shocks, part number 422-40, for Softail models 2000 to present. Chrome finish. They mount under the frame out of sight. Heavy-duty springs for touring weight or passenger use. Nitrogen-charged gas dampers stop oil aeration. Adjustable preload and ride height. Sold as a pair. Fit them when you need more load capacity than stock but want the shocks hidden.
