This Accel 38-amp, 3-phase alternator stator is engineered for high-performance charging on 2001 to 2006 Softail models and 2004 to 2006 Dynas. It features an unmolded design, which is a major advantage for cooling; by eliminating the thick molding material, heat can escape the windings more easily, preventing the burnout issues common in high-output systems. This stator is a direct replacement for OEM part number 30017-01B.
