JIMS green pinion gear. It fits late 1977 to 1989 Big Twin models. It replaces OEM number 24045-78. The green code measures 1.4715 to 1.4721 inches over .105-inch pins. Machined from American aerospace-quality tool steel. Check your cam gear lash before assembly. A loose fit clicks. A tight fit whines and causes premature wear. Get the size right before you button up the motor.
