This black Spyke 1.4KW starter is a massive upgrade for older Big Twins, offering a staggering 200% more torque than the stock unit. It features a fine gear design specifically for 1980 to 1986 FXWG and FXSB models, 1984 to early 1986 FXST, the 1982 Classic, 1983 to 1985 FLH, and other 1980 to 1984 Big Twins with rear belts, excluding FLT and FXR models. The gear reduction system allows it to crank over high-compression engines using a standard battery, avoiding the need for oversized power cells.
