Built with a nitrogen-charged double steel wall body and velocity-sensitive valving, they offer a significant upgrade over tired factory units. This standard duty set is perfect for solo riders or lightweight duos who want comfort rather than the harshness of a heavy-duty spring. The five-position cam-style preload adjustment makes it simple to tune the suspension to your needs. Sold as a pair, they fit 1982 to 1994 FXR models and 1973 to 2003 Sportsters. Note that black 412 shocks may be supplied without a lower cover.
