About This Product
These 12-inch black 412 Series shocks are the Heavy Duty variant, built for Sportster riders who carry significant weight. Sold as a pair, these are recommended if you are riding with a passenger or heavy gear more than half the time. They feature a nitrogen-charged, double-steel wall body and multi-staged velocity-sensitive valving for reliable damping under load. The five-position cam-style preload adjustment allows you to dial in the suspension for your specific weight. These fit 2004 to 2022 XL Sportster models. Note that black 412 shocks may be supplied without a lower cover.
