About This Product
Manley 5/16-inch pilot for valve spring seat cutters. It centres the cutter in the valve guide so the spring seat cuts square. The 5/16-inch diameter, 7.9375mm, suits thin-stem valves and guides common on Shovelhead motors. It also fits the stock guide size on several other models. Use it with any Manley valve spring seat cutter. Check the pilot for wear before each job. A sloppy pilot ruins the seat and the valve job.
