Spyke jackshaft starter assembly. This is the kit for BDL-style open electric start belt drives running a 3-inch open primary. It carries a 9-tooth gear and a one-piece jackshaft for positive ring gear engagement. The kit fits 1998 through 2006 Big Twin models with BDL-style open belt drives that use a one-piece jackshaft. It is a complete kit. It replaces the stock multi-piece units. Check your primary width and jackshaft type before ordering.
