About This Product
Evolution Industries starter motor jackshaft assembly replaces the factory setup on 1989 to 1993 Big Twins. It runs a 9-tooth pinion gear and mates to the standard 66-tooth OEM starter ring gear. The kit includes the jackshaft, bolt, spring, pinion gear, thrust washer, lock plate, and output shaft coupling. Fit this when the original unit is worn or the starter is not engaging cleanly. It bolts straight in and restores proper mesh with the ring gear.
