About This Product
MCS stock-style replacement fuel tank for Sportsters. It fits 1958 to 1978 XL models. Capacity is 2.25 gallons. It has a right-side petcock fitting and accepts pre-1983 bayonet-type fuel caps. Dimensions are approximately 39 cm long, 18 cm high, and 23 cm wide. Tunnel inner diameter is 4.5 cm. It replaces OEM 61006-63B. It comes with a protective paint coating for storage only. Pressure test it, seal it, and test-fit it before you paint and install.
