For Sportster riders looking for more range without losing that classic peanut look, this 3.1-gallon Kingsize gas tank is a perfect choice. It maintains the original OEM styling but is wider to accommodate the extra fuel capacity. It features a right-side 22mm petcock bung and is compatible with 1983-up screw-type gas caps. While designed for 1993 to 1994 Sportster XL models, it can also fit 1995 to 2003 models if you account for the petcock being on the right side. This tank replaces OEM 61023-93 and should be pressure tested and test-fitted before painting.
