About This Product
MCS kickstart ratchet gear kit for 1971-1979 Sportster. It replaces OEM kit 33460-74. The kit includes the ratchet gear, spring, and hardware covering part numbers 33460-74, 8216, 33379-71A, 33432-73, and 37755-73. Fit this when the kicker skips or grinds instead of engaging. The new teeth will bite properly under the load of kicking over a high-compression motor. Inspect the quadrant for wear while you are in there.
