This Arlen Ness Velocity 90° air cleaner kit is designed to maximize airflow for your Sportster while maintaining a compact, aggressive profile. Finished in black anodized billet aluminum, it features an integrated radiused air inlet and a synthetic filter element that pulls air from all sides, including the forward-facing surface. The synthetic material is water-resistant, meaning a rain sock is rarely needed, and the filter is completely reusable—just rinse and reinstall without oiling. The hidden breather system uses internal passages to keep the look clean and hose-free. This kit is sold as a complete set and fits 1991–2022 XL Sportster models, excluding the XR1200. It provides excellent legroom and some of the highest flow numbers available for the Sportster platform.
