It allows you to test cooling jets on 1999 to 2017 Twin Cam and 2017 to 2026 Milwaukee-Eight models. Leaking jets can cause high sump levels, while clogged ones lead to overheating and piston failure. This block includes the tool plate and fasteners but is designed to be used with the Feuling 566117 pressure relief valve tool. It is a smart investment to ensure your bottom end is healthy before you finish up a high-performance engine build.
