Like all BK fenders, it is precision-cut using robotic plasma technology from 2.0mm thick steel. The standout feature is the post-weld heat treatment, which stabilizes the metal and prevents the cracking often seen in lower-quality universal fenders exposed to high vibrations. The raw steel finish means it is a blank canvas for your build, though it may require some light finish grinding before you hit it with primer.
