About This Product
The 220mm wide BK Wrap-It rear fender is built for durability and style on custom bikes with 14-inch to 18-inch wheels. It is constructed from 2.0mm thick raw steel and features a 39cm radius. To ensure it stands up to the rigors of the road, BK uses a robotic plasma cutting process and a post-weld heat treatment that eliminates internal stress in the metal. This makes the fender much more resistant to cracking from engine vibrations. The design allows for 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel, ensuring a functional fit for most custom setups. This universal part is delivered in raw steel and will need finish grinding and paint prep before final installation.
