Constructed from 2.0mm thick steel, it is built to withstand the rigors of the road. BK applies a unique heat-treating process after the fender is welded to eliminate internal stresses, which significantly reduces the risk of the metal cracking under vibration. The robotic plasma-cut edges are clean, but as with any raw steel custom part, you should plan for some finish grinding and preparation before painting.
