The BK Wrap-It front fender is a universal custom component measuring 135mm wide, perfect for 16-inch to 18-inch diameter tires. It is precision-crafted from 2.0mm thick raw steel using robotic plasma cutting. To ensure longevity, BK subjects every fender to a specialized heat process after welding, which eliminates internal deformation and stress, preventing cracks caused by motorcycle vibrations. The fender features a 33cm radius, and we recommend checking your tire radius to ensure the best possible clearance. Supplied in raw steel without a coating, this fender will require finish grinding before paint. It is a robust, high-strength option for any custom front-end modification.
